For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Lazy Limited. Lazy is a service booking platform mobile application. Lazy has to collect the following personal information for the purposes of facilitating the operation of our platform.

Name: We collect your name so that we can identify you as a customer or supplier using the service of our platform.

Address: We collect your address so that service providers can go to the right location to provide services.

Email: We collect your email address so that we can communicate with you regarding your bookings, provide you with updates and promotions.

Phone: We collect your phone number so that we or service providers can communicate with you regarding your bookings, provide you with updates and promotions, and contact you in case of any issues or emergencies.

Credit card: If you purchase Lazy’s products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

Please note that the above information requested are compulsory. Failure to provide such information may result in certain consequences, such as service providers not being able to deliver service at the right location, service providers and customers not being able to contact each other, and other scenarios that could lead to service not being delivered.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Lazy. This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain the quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of Lazy.

Lazy encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from Lazy so that you can understand how those websites collect, use, and share your information. Lazy is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the Lazy app.

Lazy does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

Lazy may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Lazy, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
